Why Pregnancy Yoga?
Prenatal Yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, to increase strength and flexibility. Pregnancy Yoga helps you learn to relax. Relaxation techniques can help you cope with the stresses of motherhood, but more importantly, the intensity of labour.
Why Baby Massage?
My online baby massage classes are focussed on empowering women and enjoying some relaxing time with baby. The time you set aside for a massage can be your special time together. The use of nurturing touch is another way of communicating with your baby.
